A real estate with a closed area of 16,119 m² was purchased on a 7,027 m² land belonging to Eraysan İmalat İthalat İhracat Plastik Makina AŞ (“Eraysan”), located in Akfen Karaköy, Istanbul Province, Arnavutköy District, Ömerli District, island 267, parcel 5. The right of pre-emption of 77.80% of the factory building and land (the remaining part belongs to TCDD) was purchased on 5.5.2023, and the transaction was completed by transferring the real estate to Akfen Karaköy on 26.7.2023.
Akfen rented the Karaköy Factory building and land to the Eraysan company operating in it. An annual rent of TL 314 thousand will be obtained from the factory building and land, and the Seller has a 3-year buyback right from the same transfer fee.
