Akfen REIT's Kıyıkışlacık Project is located on a total area of 83 thousand m² in Kıyıkışlacık Region, which is shown as the future of Bodrum.Kıyıkışışlacık, which is only 15 minutes away from Bodrum centre by sea, also draws attention with its proximity to the airport and its seafront location.

On 17.01.2024, an ‘Environmental Impact Assessment Positive’ decision was taken regarding the EIA application submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change. Detailed design and design studies of the project are ongoing.
