On 15 September 2022, Akfen REIT made a significant investment by purchasing 22 thousand 197 square metres of land in Yalikavak, Bodrum. A villa project is planned to be built and sold on the land. In this project, which will be realised with an investment of approximately 64 million Euros including VAT (including the land purchase price), 29 villas are planned to be built in a magnificent location overlooking the harbour in Bodrum Yalıkavak.

Akfen REIT aims to generate revenues of approximately EUR 86 million from the sale of the villas. The project, undertaken by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, is planned to be completed and delivered in 2025. With this investment, Akfen REIT aims to add value to the existing value of Bodrum and offer a unique living space to its investors.
