On 15 September 2022, Akfen REIT made a significant investment by acquiring 22,197 square metres of land in Yalikavak, Bodrum. It is a premium project consisting of 29 villas, unique in terms of its location and view, overlooking the Yalikavak marina. The total investment amount of the project is estimated to be approximately EUR 61 million including VAT (EUR 20.4M land cost is included).

Akfen REIT aims to generate revenues of approximately EUR 95 million (including VAT) from the sale of the villas. The project, undertaken by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, is planned to be completed and delivered in 2025. With this investment, our company will sign another brand project in Bodrum, continue to create value and offer a unique living space.
